Used for armour steels, carbon steels, Hadfield Steel. Specially developed for mining industry components like Crusher jaws and rolls, Hammer mill hammers, Rail ends 7 crossings, , Impact hammers, Shovel teeth and Buckets, Crusher Rolls, Breaker bars Punching dies, slag handling equipment etc.

Description: A medium heavy coated, rutile type electrode depositing weld metal with hardness in the range of 350-400 BHN. The electrode is easy to operate displaying pleasing welding characteristics .The weld deposit is machinable with carbide tools.

Description: A medium – heavy coated electrode ,depositing an air hardening type weld metal which has excellent resistance to severe abrasion and frictional wear .The electrode operates on both DC(-) and AC displaying good operating characteristics. A buffer layer of SUDO 7016 is recommended on hand base material .The weld metal is non–machinable.

Description: An AC/DC (+) type hard facing electrode depositing weld metal which contains 17% Cr and 4% Mn. The weld deposit which is initially soft work hardens quickly under impact in service and displays superior resistance to abrasion and impact, Ideal for buffer before laying hard deposits.

Description: A heavy coated AC/DC type electrode depositing weld metal which has high proportion of chromium carbide. The weld deposit is extremely hard (59-63 HRC) and has excellent resistance to severe abrasion and frictional wear. The weld metal retains its hardness at elevated temperature up to 5000C and is resistance to oxidation up to 10000C.The electrode is easy to operate in down hand and vertical up positions.
